I'm with you -- what counts as a visit? For example, I've never been to Nevada unless you count the Las Vegas airport! ;) I was there once for 1/2 hour and I hated Las Vegas just from that... the ringing... the flashing... the drunk people... :P

The airport in LV is, in fact, very annoying.

Plus there's unrestricted smoking. I would probably never have gone there but for my sister.

I counted Minnesota and Michigan for the layover factor because every time I travel back east I stop for at least a couple of hours in either one of those states. Several times.

I guess count it if you want to count it. :) :) :)

I didn't count lay-overs. If you do, add Illinios, Hawaii, and North Carolina. I've also dropped someone off at an airport in Rhode Island, but that was pretty quick. I tried to only count places that I spent at least a day at.

Do you drive to DE? Yowsa! I'm there fairly often... there's a neat beach where you can watch the pilots at the airforce base practice their landings in a sunset sky while swallows zoom overhead... pretty nice for an urban beach. Ballstown Beach, I think its called.
