And California is planning to follow suit too, including Cheney in the charges.

The resolution itself is real: the Illinois General Assembly page about Joint Resolution 125 (http://www.ilga.gov/legislation/BillStatus.asp?DocNum=125&GAID=8&DocTypeID=HJR&LegId=25794&SessionID=50&GA=94). The California one isn't online as yet, probably because it's an amendment to a pre-existing AJR.
