TV Meme, Day 23 & 24

This is tough, because I don't tend to stick with shows if there's a character I find too annoying. Even the ones I can think of off the top of my head (Joxer on Xena, Michael Scott on The Office) have some redeeming qualities.
Maybe any one of those obnoxious younger siblings on a variety of 80s sitcoms…? Joey Lawrence comes to mind.
