Oh, gosh. TNG's sequence was always wonderful and spacey... I really liked Journeyman's and Murder One, mostly because I liked the music. And Pride & Prejudice's opening (the mini), with the embroidery and the beautiful piano music...
My current favourite though is the opening to The IT Crowd. Because everything's better in 8-bit! It's particularly amusing watching it full-screen on the computer, given the way the sequence ends. Bonus video: Moss rebooting. Ahahahahahaha.
I can also tell you which title sequence I don't care for: True Blood. LOVE the theme song and the way the sexier scenes are show, but I don't like the decaying animals scenes one bit. I know it's all part of the theme of the circle of life and death (germane to the show) but I still don't want to watch it over dinner.
