Was just sucking tracks into iTunes from BNL's yellow tape and Moxy Früvous' indie tape again (because I discovered I hadn't before) when I realized: these songs are at least 15 years old. I remember going into House of Records in Buffalo while in college and seeing stacks upon stacks of the yellow tapes for sale.

Wow.

ETA: Fair warning: Mercury Retrograde coming up on the 14th. Whee.

I do... watch your email. :) Many moons ago, a guy I talked to online (no idea who he was) said if I could provide him with high quality dubs of the tapes, he would send me a copy of a CD with the songs on it. And he did.

you have a yellow tape? I missed out on that....I also missed out on the concert that EVERYONE I know went to...but it was that or Bryan Adams (and his was an all day festival that was awesome!). oh well...
