Yuck

If anyone has any suggestions for halting what I like to term euphemistically as "slug races" (icky, yucky 'drainage')... please, for the love of all that's pure and right in the world, TELL ME.

Julie stuffs Kleenex up her nose and leaves it there. ;)

Hmmmmmmmmmmm

The objective, though, is to breathe unhindered through the nose! ;)

Lots and lots of hot herbal tea... Bigelow's Lemon Lift or Mint Medley, Celestial Seasonings' Spearmint, and any type of green tea. Add honey or sugar as needed, but drink lots and lots of it.

*offers big box of virtual industrial-strength Kleenex*

The one down side being

That I cannot usually stomach herbal tea. But hmm.... lemon ginger together... that could work. Thanks!

I used to do a handstand against a wall, let my nose plug right up, then when I came down from the handstand, my nose would be all clear for a minute or two. =)

But that's not very helpful =P

Thanks...

I can't really do handstands -- I'm afraid my wrists would snap.

My nose isn't really getting stuffy anyway. Antihistamines seem to be helping a bit with stuff.... at least I'm not coughing anymore.
